I asked Mark if we could do the Disneyland 5K in September and he said "maybe". Hopefully he will change his mind but we'll see. I ran a little yesterday, and I could have run more but it was hot. I jumped rope too. I'm not sore so I guess I'll go out and do it again tonight. I guess I should try to get up earlier and do it in the morning when it's not hot out.
I think by signing up for the 5K I will have that as my goal and it will be easier to go out and run since I have something to work toward. Plus then I get to go to Disneyland. And the 5K runs THROUGH the park! But it is labor day weekend, so maybe we'll want to do something else.
